The regal collar is made with red felt to absorb the dripping wine.
Very good condition, need some polishing, the red felt is partly worn.
Marked with German silver marks (800, half moon and crown) and maker’s mark – “WTB” for Wilhelm T. Binder and “Lowenthal”.
