Brass Mezuzah Case, Israel, 1950’s, Judaica.

The Mezuzah is made of a hexagonal tube attached to a flat backplate.
The hexagonal tube is inscribe in Hebrew with the word “Shadai” which stands for “Shomer Delatot Israel” (keeper of the doors of Israel) and one of God names.
The top of the tube is made with a screw bolt which enables to insert a parchment (no parchment included).
Can take a parchment up to 7.5cm / 2.95in long.
