Manuscript On Parchment Seder Pidyon Haben (Redemption Of The First Born), Italy, Ca 1450.

Parchment, one sheet written in Rabbinical Sephardic writing, contains the order of Pidyon Haben.
The text is based on the version written in the Tur Yore’ Deah of Ya’akov ben Asher who quotes the “Tikkun geonim le-Sidure Minhaga’ de – Pidiona”.
All the formulary is in Aramaic.
A Hebrew version figures in  Geonim response “Share’ Teshuvà”  Siman 47.
The leaf was apparently owned by the Kohen who used it while presiding over Pidyon Haben ceremonies.
Estimated date by Dr. Ezra Chwat of the manuscript department in the Jerusalem national library.
Good condition, fold marks, loss of solitary letters, slightly faded ink, almost completely legible, small holes.
