Edward VII Sterling Silver & MOP Fruit Knife, John Cowlishaw, Sheffield, 1909.
The knife’s blade can be fold into a mother of pearl handle with a vacant shield shape cartouche.
The blade is beautifully engraved with foliage and quilted ornaments.
Decorated metal spine.
Fully hallmarked for Sheffield, England, dated 1909, maker’s mark for John Yeomans Cowlishaw.
Very good, the blade doesn’t fully close.
