Shield shape, the front is engraved with King Constantine coat of arms, applied with a medallion cast with profile portraits of King Constantine and Princess Anne Marie of Denmark.
Capped with a crown.
The reverse is engraved with the date of the wedding in Greek – 18 September, 1964.
Gold washed (gilt) interior, the interior bears an engraved symbol as seen in the pictures.
