Sterling Silver Powder Case, Thomae Co, Attleboro, Massachusetts, U.S.A, 1950’s.
The case is engraved with the United Stated of America map and set with a ruby to mark the location of Boston.
The reverse is engraved with a dedication that reads – “Mrs. Alba Elan, from womens division, Harvard club, Boston, March 27, 1959”.
The interior with a mirror to one side and a hinged opening powder case to the other side.
Marked – “Sterling” and maker’s mark for Thomae Company of Attleboro, Massachusetts.
