Brass Decalogue Mezuzah Case, Israel, 1950’s, Judaica.
Beautifully decorated with a Decalogue with Hebrew letters, topped by a Torah Crown and inscribed with the Hebrew letter “Shin” which is short of “SHADAI” – one of God’s name and initials to the words “Shomer Dlatot Israel” (Keeper of the doors of Israel).
Inscribed at the bottom “Jerusalem” in Hebrew and topped by a Star of David.
