Stepped circular base, hexagonal stem, the inside of the bowl is gold washed (gilt).
The base is engraved – “The gift of Alice Andrew in memory of her mother”.
Fully hallmarked for London, England, dated 1938, maker’s mark for A R Mowbray & Co Ltd, inscribed – “Made in England”.
