Bezalel Olive Wood Spice Tower / Besamim, Israel, Ca 1950

Carved in the shape of a tower.
The spice section is mounted with a round brass plaque depicting the symbol of the State of Israel (7 Light Menorah, sided by two olive branches) and another brass plaque depicting David’s Tower and inscribed in Hebrew “Migdal David”.
The detachable lid with pierced holes to let the spice scent spread.
Set on a round, stepped base.
