Bezalel Silver Teffilin Case By Ze’ev Raban, Jerusalem, 1950’s

Chased with various scenes including David’s Tower, The Western Wall, Yad Avshalom and Rachel’s Tomb, all surrounded by scrolling foliage ornaments.
The upper section is decorated with a Star of David (Magen David), inscribed in Hebrew in the center “Rosh” (Head), indicating this Teffilin case is used for the head.
All the scenes are titled in Hebrew and it is also inscribed “Mazkeret Yerushalim” (Jerusalem Souvenir) above one of the scenes.
