A magnificent 14k yellow gold (not plated) heart shaped padlock pendant set with 72 old cut diamonds in a dense antique style setting.
The total weight of the diamonds is 2.3ct and they are of very nice white color.
This is a very versatile piece of jewelry because of the beautiful lace like work on the backside. It can be worn from both sides.
